Jocasta combines over 20 years of experience in the bar and restaurant industry, with her true passion rooted in the psychology and the mental wellness space. As a neurodivergent creator with heightened sensory awareness, she approaches every business and design decision with a deep understanding of how environments impact the mind and body. Honey is her attempt to unite conscious consumption and community connection, offering a fun, funky, full-sensory bar experience that celebrates inclusivity, creativity, and joy.
