 ⬩ Part-Time Lead Bartender

Honey is looking for an experienced bartender who thrives in a fast-paced, busy, and engaging environment. If you enjoy crafting cocktails and serving tables, you might be the perfect fit for our small, collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare and serve craft cocktails and beverages with expertise.

· Deliver exceptional service to guests.

Requirements:

·Minimum of 2 years experience in craft cocktail bartending.

·Enthusiasm for both bartending and table service.

·Availability to work part-time (3x a week - full/entire shift), including Tuesdays through Sundays.

·Friday/Saturday availability is a must.

Shifts: 

·Tuesdays: 3 PM - 11 PM

·Wednesday: 3 PM - 11 PM

·Thursday: 3 PM - 12 AM

·Friday: 3 PM - 12 AM

·Saturday: 1 PM - 11 PM or 3 PM - 12 AM

·Sunday: 1 PM - 9 PM

Compensation:

·$15.27 an hour, plus participation in a weekly tip pool. Hourly increase with progression to Lead status.

·Weekly payouts every Friday.
